Commentary

(Summary blog only.   Last full blog was Day 0368).

The recovery continued today, though I have to admit I felt very tired and actually fell asleep in the afternoon, which is not like me at all.

Skyped family in Sheffield in the morning, then had a couple of our friends round in the evening for a takeaway supper.   Very nice to catch up with some friendly faces.

Managed a town-walk in the afternoon and a slightly longer one in the later evening, but not pushing it too hard today in view of general sense of tiredness, and, more practically, the frosty-slippy pavements.

Pretty, and fragrant, viburnum in a hedgerow brightening up the wintry scene (First World) War memorial
Trying various angles to see if my face looks thinner. Vain, moi?
Val in expansive mood!
