Commentary
(Summary blog only. Last full blog was Day 0368).
Felt a lot better when I got up this morning than I had yesterday. I think a lot of healing must have been going on, as flexibility in my hip is definitely better today.
The day was greatly enhanced by a lovely visit from family in the morning, which was enjoyed with coffee and an excess of pastries. Then later in the afternoon, Val and I drove back out into our favourite bit of countryside – each time walking a bit further than the last. Very enjoyable, actually, despite the onset of sleety rain halfway through.
Finished off the day with curry supper than a short walk up to the shops to buy some milk. Time now for a bit of relaxing by the TV then to bed, I think.
