Ireland day 0511. Tuesday 21 February 2023- Backs!

Today’s summary	Both Val and I woke up with bad backs this morning.   Mine is stabilised but Val’s very painful.   Spent the day resting and dealing with paperwork
Today’s weather	Mostly bright and dry with some sun and a little drizzle in the evening. Light westerly wind.  Appx 11 C.

Commentary

(Summary blog only.   Last full blog was Day 0368).

For some reason both Val and I woke up this morning with sore backs which got progressively worse during the day.   Mine seems to have settled down to be just a bit of an uncomfortable nuisance, which didn’t prevent me going to Spanish this evening.   But Val’s, unfortunately, is much worse, so she’s spent a quiet day on a couple of phone calls and generally taking things a bit easy.

I also managed finally to sort out the car insurance for the next year, which was a significant relief, and also to make a bit of headway in gathering documents for our UK and Irish tax returns.

So altogether not a totally joyous day, but again some significant headway was made and much Panadol consumed.
