Today’s summary	Spent Christmas Day with the whole family.   Even the Canadian contingent made it only 2 hours late, despite a blizzard in Toronto.   Goose for dinner in the evening.   An excellent day
Today’s weather	Dry and bright but mostly lightly overcast.   Light south westerly wind.   Appx 10C

(Summary blog only.   Last full blog was Day 0368).

Christmas day with the family!

Pleased that even the Canadian contingent made it, despite the “bomb cyclone” currently hitting North America.   Only 2 hours late in the end.   Dinner (a goose for the first time ever) rescheduled to the evening.   Rest of the day spent relaxing as I watched everyone else doing the cooking.   Apart from feeling like a bit of a spare part, it was excellent!

Magnum of my favourite wine – a gift for a big birthday four years ago.   Thought we would save it until a Christmas when the whole family was together again.   A long wait!
