Commentary

(Summary blog only.   Last full blog was Day 0368).

Val was working in the evening so I spent the morning hoovering and unsuccessfully cleaning the windows of the flat (i.e. mostly just smearing the already-existing dirt around).

In the evening, while she was at work, I walked over to the coast via Robswall and the hill, did the shopping and then attended a Zoom AGM of a company back in the UK.

Today’s photos (click to enlarge)

The Jameson Orchard house.   Must have been a fine residence in its heyday.   No idea what is happening to it at the moment – probably marked for redevelopment into flats Lambay Island from where the road into the Robswall estate meets the Coast Road.   Looks so close that you could almost walk there over the low tide mud flats (you can’t)
