Ireland day 0413. Tuesday 15 November 2022- Gym and Cooking

Today’s summary	Val was working all day at the museum.   I went to the gym in the morning and made Bolognaise sauce in the afternoon.   Spanish class in the evening.
Today’s weather	Stormy with heavy rain overnight but bright and sunny by morning and for most of the rest of the day.   Light southerly wind.   About 12C

Commentary

(Summary blog only.   Last full blog was Day 0368).

Val was working at the museum during the day so I went to the gym – was supposed to have a new excercise routine devised by Ben but it got cancelled so went through the normal pattern and will get the new routine next week.

Spent most of the afternoon making a huge vat (well two vats actually) of bolognaise sauce from the beef mince we collected yesterday.

Spanish lesson in the evening – quite fun but extremely hard work.   Masses of new vocabulary to learn!

So – here are the huge vats of bolognaise sauce.   Well, huge-ish anyway.   Note the errant vegetarian meatball (courtesy of Ikea) on the bottom.   I need to remember to retrieve it before it is carbonised.
