Ireland day 0375. Saturday 08 October 2022- Cooking and Broadmeadow
Today’s summary Val at work.   Spent the morning cooking (beef casserole, vegetables and stewed apples).  Then walked via the demesne to the end of the Yellow Walls Road and had lunch by the beach.  Very pleasant, feeling quite mild with plenty of sun and little wind.   Spanish homework in the evening (was difficult!)
Today’s weather Dry sunny and bright until mid afternoon when it clouded over a little.  Almost no wind.   Appx 15C.

Cricket match underway in the castle demesne October rose in the Casino gardens
Small bay with beach on the shore of the Broadmeadow lagoon near the Seabury Park, where I had lunch Black headed gull in its winter plumage – with a white head and black spot behind its eye.  In the summer its head is completely black
Still looks like summer up by the castle cricket pitch.   But last night was pretty chilly
